At Sert Hosting, the security of your data is important to us. Please take note of the following backup policy:

• For Web Hosting services, in the event of service cancellation, your backups will be retained for 3 days. After this period, all backups will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

• For VDS services, all data and backups are immediately and permanently deleted once the service is terminated.

We strongly recommend that our customers regularly download and store their own backups. Sert Hosting cannot be held responsible for any data loss after service termination.
